About the Role

Patrick Sprack Limited is currently seeking a Fuel Services Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will lead fuel services projects from planning through completion, overseeing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, client relationships, and overall project performance. You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within established requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fuel services projects from conception through completion.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining quality and project requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress and status updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project execution.
• Address client concerns and support successful project outcomes.
• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets.
• Monitor project costs, expenditures, and profitability.
• Review invoices, change orders, and project-related expenditures.
• Ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Mechanical Technology, Environmental Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within fuel services, petroleum construction, industrial construction, mechanical systems, or a related industry.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of fuel handling equipment and petroleum infrastructure is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is considered an asset.
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites and customer locations.
