About the Role

Patrick Mechanical Limited is currently seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our team.

In this role, you will support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing and piping systems across industrial, commercial, and institutional projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts.
• Install piping systems according to project specifications and applicable requirements.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test damaged or malfunctioning piping and plumbing systems.
• Perform pressure testing as required.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Ensure installations, repairs, and maintenance comply with applicable codes and environmental requirements.
• Ensure plumbing systems are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.
• Follow manufacturer requirements and specifications for plumbing systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with other trades and project personnel to support safe and efficient project execution.
• Follow applicable health and safety procedures while performing work.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid Plumbing Trade Certificate / Licensed Plumber
• Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of plumbing methods, materials, equipment, and applicable safety requirements.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
